Creamy Pesto Gnocchi 奶油青酱土豆团子意面的做法
用搅拌机搅拌“青酱搅拌机材料”
Mix and chop “pesto mixer ingredients”加盐的水煮开后加土豆丸
煮2-3分钟或者直到浮起
Boil gnocchi in heavily salted boilling water for 2-3 minutes until they float up (or based on package instruction)平底锅加奶油 (推荐罐头烹饪用椰奶,有特殊风味)
Add cream to pan, simmer
(I used coconut milk from a can and it was so creamy, fragrant and it also thickens well!)
加搅拌机打的青酱(我另外加了一点罐头的罗勒青酱因为我没有在搅拌机里放罗勒叶)
add pesto mixer ingredients to pan (didn’t have fresh basil leaf to blend so here i added some store bought basil pesto)
加白葡萄酒,高火烧一阵子让酒精蒸发
Add white wine, turn on high heat to burn off alcohol, whisk constantly如果平底锅里的酱现在太稠,加一勺煮土豆丸的开水
If the pan mixture is too thick, add a splash of pasta water

add gnochi
按个人口味加芝士,黑胡椒, 或者更多开水,不要加盐因为芝士够咸了
add cheese,black pepper based on personal likings. No salt cuz parmesean is salty enough!加装饰用料
Serve with toppings, and ohh if you have burrata, it is so good with this dish
