Vegan Matcha Cheese Cake的做法步骤图

用料  

Crust:
Gluten-free oats 96g
Almonds 96g
Sea salt 1/8tsp
Coconut sugar 2tbsp
Coconut oil (melted) 2tbsp + 1tbsp
Filling:
Lemon 1pc
Silk tofu 300g
Coconut sugar 2tbsp
Arrowroot 1tbsp
Vanilla extract 2tsp
Matcha powder 1tbsp

Vegan Matcha Cheese cake的做法  

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180c
    Blend all the crust ingredients

  2. Sprinkle some coconut oil on a round tray

  3. Press the crust ingredients into the tray

  4. Put the tray into the oven for 25-30 minutes

  5. While the crust is heating up in the oven, mix all the filling ingredients

  6. Take out the crust from the oven (it should be crispy by now). Pour in the filling mixture and tab the tray on the table to let the air out

  7. Put the tray back to the oven for another 25-30 minutes

  8. Take out the cheese cake and cool it down for 30 minutes

  9. Put the cake to the fridge for at least 3 hours

  10. Cut and enjoy;)
