300g tagliatelle | |
A knob of butter | |
400g skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thick strips | |
(Mushroom, sliced) | |
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped | |
50g sun-dried tomatoes or fresh tomaotes,chopped | cherry tomatoes&olive oil&basamic vinegar & salt & pepper, oven 200-40mins |
150g baby spinach leaves | |
1 cup 250ml single cream |
Creamy Chicken & Spinach Pasta的做法
1Cook the pasta
season the chickenHeat oil in a frying pan:
fry the chicken: 4–6 minutes -cooked through.
(Mushroom: soften)
Add 2 garlic & butter:meltAdd 1cup cream:simmer for 3-4min
Add spinach & tomatoes :wilted.
Add the cooked pasta : toss well
Sprinkle with parmesan.
