sweet and sour pork tenderloin的做法
marinate pork tenderloin strips
1. cut pork into slices, poke w/ knife tip, and then cut to wide strips
2. marinate w/ white pepper, salt, and hua-diao for 15 minsprep sauce
1. mince scallion, ginger, and garlic
2. add some salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and 1 spoon of starchprep starch:
1. mix 1/3 starch w/ boiling water
2. mix 2/3 starch w/ room temp water, then add the hot mix into it
3. mix well till you can have a sticky strip after pulling your hand upput the marinated meat to the starch mixture to coat them.
- could add extra starch if not enough, but also splash in water to let them coat wellfry pork strips twice and set aside
- don't fry too much at the same timesaute the sauce (could add a bit starch to thicken it)
add fried pork after the sauce is reduced down. Coat them well
