用料  

Ginger 50 gram
Pork Baby Back Ribs 500 gram
Soy Sauce 20 ml
Sugar 80 gram
Yellow Rice Wine 20 ml
Zhenjiang Vinegar 20 ml

Sweet Sour Pork Rib的做法  

  1. Soak the spareribs in clean water for half an hour to remove the blood,

  2. drain the water and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar,

  3. moisten a pan with oil, put in the spareribs and stir fry until golden brown; add ginger slices, the remaining cooking wine and soy sauce,

  4. add 200 ml of boiling water, add vinegar, cover with medium and low heat and simmer for half an hour

  5. When the spareribs are cooked , add rock sugar and salt to taste. When the broath gradually thickens, add 1 teaspoon of mature vinegar.

  6. Collect the juices and turn off the heat.

  7. Enjoy it :)
