6 garlic cloves, crushed or thinly sliced | |
Chilli flakes | |
raw prawns, peeled and deveined, tails left intact | |
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley | |

Garlic Prawns的做法
season the prawns
In a large frying pan:
Heat olive oil & butter
Add garlic & chilli : 1 minute-fragrant
add the prawns: 3 minute- pink.Pour in 1tbsp white wine or
lemon juice : 1 minute.
Scatter the parsley。
Serve with crusty bread & lemon wedges.
