120-180g bag baby leaves Salad with Beetroot | |
1 cup coriander & 1 cup mint | |
Or 2-4 spring onions | |
50g bread crumbs |
Prawn Salad的做法
Dressing:1
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice or vinegar
2-3 tsp honey
SeasonDressing2:
2 tbs lime juice
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
Season.
Dressing :
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice,
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Chopped tarragon leaves
seasoningTop with :
50g lemon breadcrumbs:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan,
add the breadcrumbs: golden brown.
Tip into a bowl
season and stir through the lemon zest
