锅里加盐,花椒,八角,小火炒10分钟至盐发烫香味扑鼻。 Add salt, Chinese pepper corn, star anise to fry pan, fry with low fire for 10 min until salt gets hot and fragrant.
抹平盐表面,放海鲜,盖盖,小火焗10分钟。 Flat the surface of the salt, put seafood, close the lid and bake for 10 minutes.
